Had no problem dropping this on my first character this season, leveling a second one now and cant complete this quest, hammer doesn't drop.

Adding my name to the list of those without a hammer. First two characters had no issues. Third, Warrior, this occurred (or didn't occur, in context).
I'm thankful to see so many others confirmed it's happening as well, although not so happy that the bug itself exists. |
