Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Same problem here.

Just went and killed the boss as well. No Hammer of Kamasa spawned. Maybe it's related to characters after the first one completing the quest? This was my second character doing this quest for the current season.

Same problem here... 5 kills on Goldcrush, reset zone, with / without friend.
GGG, the issue has been ongoing for the past two weeks...

same here. although this is my second character in the league and i've already got the reforging bench. that might have something to do with it.

when?...when will do your job and fix this bug??

I see a lot of people talking about the reforging bench and it not being bugged because you have already done it on your first char, but that is not the issue here.

Even though you still have the crafting bench from act 1 you can still do the quest and get rewards on your second character, but not with the reforging bench. Not being able to complete the quest a second time and get the rewards is the bug that they should fix.

Hello, I am on a second character, and have had this bug as well today. Will the quest just always be in our log then, since we can't finish? Thanks!

Yup no drop on my alt. just now
