Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Same issue as of 9/13. Hammer didn't drop. Tried multiple times. Not trying again until I see a patch that states it's been fixed.

Same bug , no hammer , changed servers , reset instance , nothing fixed it multiple clears wont drop , additionally all my act 2 sidequest bosses also not completing after kills

Same, killed 3 times with warbringer and no drops. Thought it was cause id killed him in the lava and took him further down for the kill but still nothing. It dropped on my Lich....

Happened to me as well. Reset the game and instance and still no luck.
