Other modifiers to movement speed EXCEPT for sprinting do not apply.

It nullifies sprint anyways.

I would hope that the new description that says we can now sprint with it would work after spending 300 ex on it. This is kind of the last straw with this league. This and the fact that i crashed 7 times running trial of chaos or the fact that lightning warp targeting just sucks now because of the debuff addition. Hope yall get it right in 0.5 or i dont see how i can keep playing this game.
