PoE2 Microtransaction Shop not loading items (empty categories)

Hello!

I’m experiencing an issue with the in-game Microtransaction Shop in Path of Exile 2 (Early Access).

When I open the MTX shop, all item categories are completely empty.
Only Supporter Packs and currency purchase options are visible. No MTX items load at all.

It looks like the shop fails to load content from the website into the game client.

What I’ve tried:

Restarting the game and launcher

Relogging into the account

Waiting for the shop to refresh

Changing gateway

The issue persists every time.

Could you please confirm if this is a known Early Access bug, and if there are any workarounds or fixes planned?

Just wanted to say I'm also having this issue for about 2 days now.

Been having this problem for a couple days too. The only thing that works for me is:

- quit the game
- quit Steam completely
- relaunch Steam
- relauch the game

Even then, this will only fix the issue for about 20 minutes before the store shows empty again.

I've tried ensuring I have no other overlays running in them, other than the Steam overlay (which is necessary for micotrans). However, the above is the only thing that seems to work.

Same problem here. Nothing works in the microtransactions store. Nothing is loading.

I’m still experiencing the same issue. The shop isn’t working.

Also, still experiencing issue of (in-game) shop not showing any items since launch of Vaal league.
