[3.27] Ice Dancing God - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

We are trading some damage and QoL on the utility flasks, plus some safety on One Step Ahead, for a massive damage boost on the 3rd ring (plus some extra ES).

We can still use mana and hybrid flasks, such as The Writhing Jar, Divination Distillate and non-ending Eternal Mana flasks.

Replaced the nerfed Energy Leech with Hypothermia in the mapping staff. Technically, Arcane Surge is 5% more damage. But it takes a few seconds to start working. And for mapping the extra freeze from Hypothermia should be better anyway.

The Simplex got downgraded to 2 mods for now. We'll see how that change actually works. With the Heist buffs, the Simplex and Helical bases should be more accessible in this league.

Forbidden Flesh/Flame now offers 2 choices for the Assassin notables. For the Jugular is better for finishing off uber bosses, but Knife in the Back is a close 2nd best. Getting either of them is a massive upgrade. We'll see about the prices.

There is just nothing else to get with Mana and Hybrid flasks.

I'm thinking about uber pinnacle bosses like Uber Shaper, UUE, Uber Eater, Uber Exarch. One bottle of worms = 2 heals. May as well carry more of these 'healing flasks' for their invulnerable phases.
More datamined stuff is out.

The new Breach ring types don’t help us. One is +5-7% increased global defenses. But I doubt they’ll appear in map mists to be picked up on the cheap. The others are all things like “+2% max <element> res, can’t roll non-<same element> mods”.

The graft implicits are kinda meh. But one of them is +3-6% all elemental resistances. So that might help with final resist capping. Maybe we can get a usable graft skill/mod or two on them.

There’s a new 8-stack divination card that gives a Reflecting Mist. No idea how rare it will be, but probably enough that it won’t impact prices all that much for making the Helical.

LOL WTF 20 WI staves for sale 3.5 hours in? That's like 5x the normal quantity!
