is it just me or charged mines are not generating frenzy charges?

when do i switch to icicle mines? in the leveling video u level differently than the leveling pob while using poison conc

Just bought a Bitterdream with lucky chaos drops and finished my 1st map before 12h league (usually I take like 2/3 days?), time to sleep and map tomorrow :) ty for this and good luck, waiting to see your upgrades/roadmap
