EU SERVER status - LIVE updates

For the last few days I get disconnected very frequently. Was mainly playing on Amsterdam server, but was happening when I tried others as well. Since the maps get closed and gets the status "attempted" it also totally kills any gameplay.

Did waystone, killed all rares etc.

Dicsonnected and rerolld to situitiation where I had done nothing, deleted waystone and portals.

whatever you did with 0.2.1 its worse ...
The game starts to stutter at some point and then:
before 0.2.1 you could go to char select and reenter. the map was still there paused, you had your loot etc.
Now it disconnects you directly from server. you lose loot, map and exp.
Also you lose the waystone you used and the map loses all modifiers from towers (marked as attempted) ...

EU servers are pain in normal time, but this week-end even when switching to Washington it's unplayable. Can never finish a map before being disconnect and loose all progress.
I had to stop playing.

It's unacceptable that you leave the game in this state. There are dozens of disconnections today... the inconveniences are numerous (loss of citadels, loss of maps, loss of loot, loss of crafting, etc.).
You're asking us to support you through purchases (tabs, skins, etc.), and in exchange, we're seeing a deterioration in access to the game.
We expect a minimum of factual communication and concrete action from you.

how can other companies keep their servers operational but GGG can not ? incompetence ? or something else ?

hire someone who knows how to create a robust server architecture if you lack the knowledge on how to do it.. its embarrassing
