EU SERVER status - LIVE updates
I think they can't handle 2 games at once, it's something new and they failed totally. I'm only surprised that it lasts more than 24h, usually companies throw a kitchen sink at such issues

I using EU servers and I had some lag spikes and disconnects here and there but they were happening maybe once or twice during my play time, but usually not at all. But since POE1 league start I cannot play without getting disconnected every 5 - 15 minutes. and what's worse I'm losing maps which is not fun at all in ssf. I am playing around 9 pm till midnight CEST so I can understand that's like rush hours for game servers but this is getting ridiculous.

so... servers for poe & poe2 are the same?? are they insane? It creates problems to all players.

Servers problems on league start is ok. But nobody told that it would interfere both POE 1 and POE 2 same. But ok, it's also understandable- no big reasons to split infrastructure between two of your projects, that planned to not have user connection peaks at the same time (a bit of a stretch, i know).
The worst of it all is zero communication about issues from GGG. |

The fact that GGG has not even responded to a Thread with so many reports on the issue is mindblowing and shows the lack of connection to the players that PAYED to test this shit show.

What I have learned is that communication and not the solved problem itself is key.
Problems on the first day of a league are sad but happen from time to time. After my game disconnected, I'm back in the login queue again, always with 10,000 players who also got disconnected. The fix takes time. That is completely ok and I can also understand that the XBOX/PS5 problem is at the moment much more critical than the disconnection problem, BUT PLEASE communicate with us Nobody is saying that we want an update every 5 minutes, but writing a short update every 4 hours should be ok, or? |
