There is no amount of divine orbs that will ever make the exp penalty worth it. There shouldn't be a need for the player base to have to constantly remind each other to respect their time and not even bother leveling past 91-92. its insanely infuriating to play for 3+ hours and all you can show for it is MAYBE a couple of divine and a headache. I get this game is unfinished but in its current state there is so little to do that having any form of aggressive back pedaling forced upon you just feels horrible. ive essentially had nothing worthwhile or exciting happen in the last month of playing the game

You could also solve it how I did. Finally gave up trying to play a skill I liked better (in my case shockcaller arrow) and switched my deadeye over to lightning arrow. Bit sad I needed to do it to be able to progress further, but on the positive side, no more deaths.
Sadly, many of the nerfs impacted builds where it was undeserved and the best counter I could find was just melting everything fast enough. Hope to switch back sometime in the future though, but yes, agreed, it does get on the nerves after a while ... " That's not the reason for player dropoff. Players dropped because of tedium, not difficulty. Tedium is harder to solve, and it's why I think PoE2 will be in EA for quite a while. All archetype builds need to feel fun when clearing content, and there need to be a variety of endgame chase goals. It's going to take a while to get that in the game. |

I don't understand where you are coming from. I don't want to sit at a slot machine, and there is no point to having a bunch of currency dropping just to have it drop. the loot issues are going to continue to be addressed, but if the you seriously just want a little "*DING!*" to happen more, I'm sure you can find a way to have that happen on your phone or something.

" It's not about deserving. It's that levels beyond 90 are optional and require significant dedication and investment to achieve, despite providing almost no boost to character power. Reaching level 100 is the exception, not the norm. That's why we have a ladder. |

exp penalty has absolutely nothing to do with why im on hiatus from poe2.
crafting is still a joke, build diversity is a meme (make shit stronger, nerfing the fun stuff wont make us enjoy the shit gems), campaign is still entirely too long for me to play more than one character per "league", blah blah blah. we have WAY bigger fish to fry. exp penalty wouldnt even make the top 15 issues on my personal list. |
