Indeed!

The comparison with BG3 EA is ludicrous at best. Larian studios took the EA process serious and fixed the game based on the feedback received, eventually the game released was what everyone praised.

PoE2 on the other hand... well... people calling/believing it is an EA might be fooling themselves, asides from the classes, ascendencies, weapons and second half acts... this game is considered finished by GGG.

I agree with this statement. The proof is they are fully committing toward the tower system, which a lot of players absolutely hate, that would include me.

When people said that Act 3 maps were too Large, the devs were gaslighting that it wasn't because they were too large, that it's only because we didnt have enough experience with the pathing and for some other reason that have no grounds in reality.

Each time something valid is brought up, a bandaid is applied.
Most time they buff something, there is always underlying nerf.

I personally don't care about EXP loss on death, in fact I'm ok with that. But they try to sell to the people that to alleviate this problem, that you would no longer lose EXP nor gain EXP in pinnacle events. This is not a fix, this is a major aggravation to the tediousness of grinding EXP at late state because you can no longer easily gain EXP in a guaranteed Area 82 like a T4 Sims.

Most time something is done to "help", there is something bad underlying to counterbalance the "fix".

I still remember when everyone said Uniques were atrocious in 0.1. They "revamped" them, but they were still atrocious, this was not a fix, it was a pure joke. Most uniques always come with a drawback, when the item itself, is already very very bad without the drawback in comparison to a decent rare.

So what was the next thing they've done? They absolutely butchered any remaining unique that was great to the ground in 0.2

I'm convinced at this point that we are getting trolled out of pure spite.
Why is it that people who support the game the least throw out the most ridiculous ad hominem attacks? If you think GGG is literally abusing you, walk away. Presto, no more abuse.

But whats true is that the difficulty curve is not good atm....it's exactly the opposite of Last Epoch to make a comparison.

While in Last Epoch you start to feel a little bit of a challange after around 100 hours in as soon as you reach ~ Corruption 400, in POE2 it's exactly the opposite.....During campaign the fights & esp the movements feel a little bit to slow while as soon as you hit T15 you can practicaly faceroll most of the content with 2-3 Divs investment with self "crafted" (gambled) gear and if using trade even cheaper.

It simply requires a better progression curve and more pleasent pacing so the early phase in the game doesen't feel to tedious (esp for Twinks)...While on the other end the endgame should be way harder, it shouldn 't be possible to ez faceroll T15 with less than 10 Divs, here we need a big buff (but buff in terms of meaingful encounters, not more 1-hit affixes or bullet sponges)

Both Last Epoch and POE2 need a way better progression curve & pacing...POE2 less "chewy gummy" and unnecessary tedious during campaign, Last Epoch early enemies not being as challanging as dueling a chewing gum paper with a flamethrower.

But I'm prety sure GGG will find the right balance till 1.0, thats the whole purpose of a Beta and all we can do is to test the game and give constructive feedback. ;)

To understand this first you need to play all classes until level 92 at least and if you exhaust 400 hours for each of them then you notice the difference in balance between them. Unfortunately some players done it in the beginning of the game becouse before 0.2.0 patch Streemers showed the road to glory.

I agree, if they cater to all the complainers and make it easier, it will ruin the game.

Hard is good.
frankly the game isn't hard at all, it's not even harder than it's predecessor POE 1...

The funny thing is all the D4 players who never played a good game thing POE 2 is hard -- it's the easiest of the 2 games made by GGG by a LONG SHOT.

Almost none of you would be able to handle Sirus or Maven.

Here's a timpestamp as to why I think trolling might have occured in the past from the devs part. It's only a few second to listen. I wouldn't qualify the hypothesis of getting trolled as an Ad Hominem.
