I think a lot of people are misunderstanding my original post and i am sorry if i didn't make it clearer.
I am not saying that XP Loss has to be removed completely.
What i am saying is that there is a way to make everybody happy by giving players choice.
I listed several ways as suggestions on how to do this. I do not know which is the best way but i do know this is early access and therefore the ideal time to try something out.
I do not think that the devs don't care. They have shown over the years that they do listen to feedback and i absolutely believe that they play the game themselves and genuinely want to make a great ARPG. I think it was Jonathan who literally said in an interview that nothing is completely off the table design wise.
But i can imagine that it is difficult to handle feedback when it is coming from so many different players through so many different channels with so many different views all at once.
Again i am convinced there is a compromise that works for everyone. All it needs is awareness (by the devs) and an open mind to allow different opinions and ways to enjoy the game by everybody.
What people dont understand is that the exp loss is in the game for a very necessary reason, and removing it wouldnt even solve the problem they think their having. The first problem is that leveling past 90 takes too long so it becomes stale, the second problem is that they dont know how to build their character so their just dying twice per map. So they lash out at exp loss because they dont know how to imrpove.

You dont need to reroll them because the game is giving you so many waypoints that choosing which ones to run is a non issue. Unless you die 24/7

Howdy PoE2 god ... you are my hero!
I got oneshots and i didnt see any mob too. Ok, i cant see the monster - perhabs i am blind or perhabs i am a n00b ... but many players have this problem, i´m not alone!
So ... i adore you so much for your wisdom!
btw - my huntress is lvl 91, i have ~2000hp and ~2000es (other build with ~700hp and ~4500es but lower dps), all res at min 75 and a good gear i think but sometimes i take oneshots from outside my view and oneshots from bosses - this is absolut no fun!!!

Now your just being disingenuous, thats not what I said.
I have died myself aswell, but ive never been one shot by random mobs like your portraying. The only two possible solutions are that either your build is trash so you just fall over by anything hitting you or your blind and standing next to something that you should be avoiding.

I started playing this league like a week ago and im 93 with 4 deaths, and all 4 of deaths were my own fault and none of them were one shots.
You should spend more time watching guides on how to make a proper build and spend less time complaining on forums.
