For an EA game the lack of roadmap and/or updates is bad. You know this, I know this. Let's shake on that. We all paid for this.

No mate. I am not sure what you are talking about anymore. The things we are complaining about effect all builds, the whole game.

Sure Lightning Spear and Rake are OP. But the lack of content and updates effect every build. If you play 5 minutes, or if you play 1000 hours.

You're too emotionally invested in this. Take a step back, breath, and read what people are typing. You're starting arguments that exist only in your mind rn my man.

EA game = roadmap and updates. That is the way that it is done.

EA game does not = 1 update in 4 months and no roadmap.

Honestly if you enjoy playing then more power to you - but don't come in here trying to steamroll over people's legitimate concerns with your happy clapping. It's not right my good man and you know it.

I'm just enjoying the game, and my armor works and I'm progressing well.

You're the one having a melt down and contorting the conversation because you can't back up the rediculous gripes you've laid out that you can't even bother to expand on in the smallest way imageable.

Armour is widely-known to be relatively ineffective in the endgame. You invest a lot for little reward (this could be the POE2 story in a nutshell). It is clearly inferior to ES.

Evasion is also kinda borked compared to ES.

I shouldn't argue with hate baiters because they will drag you to their level, then beat you with experience.

For early access this game is great, and it's getting better all the time.

They're bad at all from my experience! Using shields you have built in damage with magma shield, and shield charge.

This means you can focus 100% on defensive stats in your gear.

This is a very bizarre conversation.

You come in ranting and raving and making all these claims, then when called out you revert to this sort of lecturing calm, characature.

Just admit you're on here whining and crying about things you don't even understand.

And personally I'm sick and tired of watching everyone just sit with it.

There is a fundamental misunderstanding of this game due to a few loud voices in the streamer scene.

There are easily created, easily obtained builds that can get you into the late game no problem at all. I just experienced it first hand SSF on my second character and first melee character.

The concern trolling schtick is tired. Grow up.

I never watched a single streamer play this game in my whole life my broski, my compadre. Although I did follow some guys guide on Mobylitics.

You should not throw out ad-hominems though. Detracts from your points here. We are both humble players.

I enjoyed this game a lot throughout the campaign (although lets be real playing the same campaign twice is dogwater) but the endgame is a beautiful car with no engine. There's nothing to it.

Seriously I wish it was better so I'd want to play more.

I can rant about the game all I want though, as a paying customer it is my prerogative (if I may paraphrase Bobby Brown).

The nucleus of a good game is here but it is obfuscated by utter nonsense. Never have I been both drawn to, and repelled by a game in all my years of gaming.

All GGG need to do is put out a roadmap - 'this is coming to the game, we are working on this.' Communication my man. This is the Early Access way since time immemorial.

Instead we have jerry-rigged servers taking a bath every 5 minutes, minimal viable builds, anti-fun one shot mechanics and a whole manner of other gripes. You may call it whining, I call it "tough love".

Why do you believe armor does nothing at all and is broken?

I agree, out of all the defenses, armor feels the most useless. I find Pure ES or hybrid ES/EV the best and most balanced approach.

What servers are bad/laggy/etc etc. I play on US servers and have literally never had a problem. I haven't seen any of the streamers I watch have an issue either so im curious. Thanks.
