Abyss Rare Monster Modifiers can't be beaten by melee as it drains Life and prevents healing

Hi, Just got killed by this crap, so bumping just for the sake of it.

It's becoming discouraging to engage with that piece of content tbh, health drainage is on a crazy lvl

just got deleted by a mob that spawns with: Ulaman's Legion (spawns 2 extra of itself), Shade Walker, Kulemak's Desecration (i assume? green laser) and other rare mods that I can't even see since I died in less than 2 seconds from full hp/energy shield
